Batavia Athletics Registration 2024-2025
Athletic Registration is now open!
Winter & Spring Athletes can register NOW!
The following 2 steps must be completed in order to be eligible to participate in BHS Athletics:
1. REGISTER FOR ATHLETICS

B.CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE THE ATHLETICS REGISTRATION FORM
Parent/guardian must complete and submit the above form in order to register your son/daughter for athletics at Batavia High School. Please register each child individually.
Above form includes emergency contact info, parent consent and verification that parent/guardian and your son/daughter have reviewed all required registration documents.
This process is in addition to Powerschool Sports Registration/Payment
2. PROVIDE BHS WITH A CURRENT PHYSICAL
IHSA Physical Forms Can be dropped off at Batavia High School or sent as a PDF only
Athletes who plan on participating in the FALL must have PHYSICALS into BHS by Friday, August 2nd to guarantee they can practice/tryout on August 12th
Pre-Participation Physical Examination Form - THIS IS THE REQUIRED IHSA/BHS PHYSICAL FORM
UPLOAD the completed physical as a PDF using this form: PDF UPLOAD HERE (NO EMAILS PLEASE)
PLEASE submit as a SINGLE DOCUMENT- only one PDF PLEASE
Ensure ALL pages are completely filled out, signed and dated by both the parent and athlete, as well as the doctor. Not doing this may delay the registration process.
Freshmen are not required to have a separate sports physical in order to participate for BHS athletics as long as it is current. The regular school physical that is required to enroll in high school satisfies this requirement. Should it expire during their season, they will require an updated sports physical. This is the only document that Freshmen do not need to turn in.
Sophomores through Seniors, must have a current physical on file in order to practice, participate or tryout for a BHS sport. A physical is good for 13 months, any physical older than 395 days is invalid and will not be accepted.
ONCE ROSTERS ARE ESTABLISHED PAY THE PARTICIPATION FEE
NEW 2024- YOU WILL NOT PAY FOR the SPORTS FEE UNTIL THE ROSTERS are FINALIZED for the SEASON. ONCE FINAL ROSTERS ARE ENTERERED YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PAY!
ONCE ROSTERS ARE ESTABLISHED all participation fees need to be paid in one of two ways:
online through PowerSchool
check made out to Batavia High School ($150.00) and dropped off to the Athletic Office at Batavia High School.
